In the third iteration of the “Most Preferred Workplaces 2022” event run by Team Marksmen, Shree Ramkrishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (SRK), a prominent international diamond crafting and exports enterprise, was recognised as the “Most Preferred Workplace of 2023.”
For its Employee Centricity, Organisational Purpose, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Safety & Trust, Intrapreneurial Culture, Work-Life Balance, and Growth, accolade & Rewards, the organisation received the prestigious accolade.
The renowned award was accepted on behalf of the diamond conglomerate at a ceremony held in Mumbai by Niravbhai Narola, Entrepreneur – Jewellery Vertical; Nidhish Narola, Young Leadership; and Dr. Nirav Mandir, Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) of SRK.
