Jos Alukkas has released a television campaign to raise awareness about HUID.

After the Central Government made six-digit hallmarking necessary a few months ago, Jos Alukkas has begun the second phase of the HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) campaign.

As part of the campaign, Jos Alukkas has become the first jewellery company in the country to air a HUID awareness TV commercial. The Kerala-based jewellery company also held an exchange celebration to trade old gold jewellery for new HUID hallmarked jewellery.

Hundreds of customers took advantage of Jos Alukkas Exchange Offer to exchange their old ornaments for HUID-enabled new jewellery.

“Every day, lakhs of people in India buy gold ornaments.” Unfortunately, just three percent of them are aware of HUID. “Jos Alukkas has made significant investments in HUID awareness programmes,” says Jos Alukka, Chairman of the Jos Alukkas Group.
