Gemological Science International (GSI) has created the B2B GSI Stock Exchange, which provides both natural and lab-grown diamonds to help jewellery producers source items. The marketplace sells not just loose diamonds but also particular items such as matched pairs.
Debbie Azar is the president and co-founder of GSI. “At GSI, we are constantly seeking for new ideas and solutions to better serve our customers. I am always getting calls from clients asking if I know which diamond suppliers have GSI graded packages or GSI certified stones in specified color and clarity categories, which is where the concept for the GSI Stock Exchange came from.”
The website includes capabilities like 360-degree video and diamond position monitoring.
