Shree Ramkrishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (SRK) published a statement in response to allegations made by Ukraine’s National Agency for Corruption Prevention that SRK was a “international war sponsor.”
According to SRK, the company “has found itself unjustly a target in the web of global geopolitics, misinformation, and baseless allegations.” The corporation stated that it reserves the right to sue the relevant agency in order to defend SRK‘s and India’s global image.

Its dedication to ethical business practices has been steadfast, and its track record speaks for itself,” SRK remarked.
“Additionally, SRK emphasizes unequivocally that it represents peace and harmony.”
SRK stated that it has always acted within the scope of national and international rules, adhering to all regulations published by the UN, OFAC, and other national and international agencies.
“SRK only purchases rough diamonds from countries that are active participants in the Kimberley Process, ensuring a certified origin.” SRK opposes and does not support any type of war or conflict anywhere in the globe. “The company has never transacted with UN, US, Indian, or OFAC sanctioned entities or individuals involved in any form of conflict,” it stated.
