Eight major diamond producers will collaborate with the Natural Diamond Council

The Natural Diamond Council is happy to announce a significant relationship with eight of the most powerful diamantaires in the world. A collective agreement has been achieved with a sizable number of prominent companies along the natural diamond value chain for the first time since the NDC‘s founding (formerly known as the Diamond Producers Association).

Through increasing marketing and promotion spending, the NDC, Shree Ramkrishna Exports (SRK), Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (HK), Rosy Blue, Venus Jewel, Diarough, Dianco, Jewelex, and Shivam Jewels have formed a strategic partnership that is unmatched in its dedication to the advancement of the jewellery industry.

Through the NDC‘s mission, these major diamantaires’ goals will be more closely aligned with the major mining companies’ goals, resulting in a more comprehensive approach to new market opportunities and consideration of any upcoming challenges the sector may face. Additionally, the NDC will collaborate with its key retail partners to facilitate the dissemination of each diamantaire’s values to their customers.

David Kellie, CEO of the Natural Diamond Council, said “I would like to thank each partner for putting their trust in the NDC,” as he extended his gratitude to the visionary partners. Their industry leadership exemplifies their long-term dedication to fostering success for the gain of their workers, their communities, and the larger industry. In addition to having similar ideals as RJC members, each of them also has a compelling personal narrative that we hope to share with the industry more widely. We look forward to increasing consumer knowledge of the beneficial effects of the natural diamond industry across the whole value chain in collaboration with our community of retail partners. Furthermore, I want to express my gratitude to the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) for their continued assistance.

These esteemed partners are the best in the business when it comes to transparency, ethical sourcing, and compliance. They have set an example by operating their company on the principles of trust, giving back to the community and the environment equally, and exhibiting values that are becoming more and more significant to customers today. Each of them commits to the primary mission of NDC by furthering the integrity of the contemporary diamond jewellery industry, regardless of whether it be through CSR efforts, ESG mandates, or employee benefit programmes. Renowned for their superior craftsmanship and progressive mindset, their tradition of trust and contemporary vision positions them at the top of the international diamond industry.

Richa Singh, Managing Director, India & Middle East – Natural Diamond Council stated, “I am honoured to work with these industry pioneers in the diamond industry. Each of these individuals has a goal in mind for the development and success of the contemporary diamond industry. We have dominated the global stage thanks to their shared dedication to community development and ethical business conduct. They are trailblazers who have contributed to the status of natural diamonds as emblems of ethical luxury, and I’m thrilled to highlight their beneficial influence on the market and on customers.

The NDC will work directly with each partner to create fascinating content that honours their great heritage, unmatched experience, and unwavering dedication to ethical practises. Motivated by a shared goal.

The largest independent diamond and gemstone tender and auction house in the world as well as the world’s longest-running diamond brokerage and consulting firm, Bonas Group, joins this prestigious partnership in addition to these 8 diamantaires, bringing its distinct expertise and viewpoint to further the industry’s growth.
