Gargi by P N Gadgil & Sons Launches Diwali 2026 Campaign #GETNOTICED Featuring Mithila Palkar

Gargi by P. N. Gadgil & Sons (PNGS), the contemporary jewellery brand backed by the 194-year-old legacy of P. N. Gadgil & Sons, has introduced its Diwali 2026 campaign, #GETNOTICED, featuring actor and brand ambassador Mithila Palkar. The campaign encourages women to embrace their individuality, express their personal style and confidently step into the spotlight this festive season.
Challenging the Idea of Keeping It Simple
From weddings and family gatherings to festive celebrations, women are often advised to keep their appearance understated and avoid attracting too much attention. Gargi’s latest campaign challenges this familiar expectation, reminding women that they deserve to be seen, celebrated and appreciated for who they are.
The campaign film unfolds on a bustling film set where three cameras are prepared for a shoot. Mithila Palkar approaches the video village and asks the director, portrayed by Sarang Sathaye, co-founder of Marathi digital platform Bharatiya Digital Party (BhaDiPa), which camera will capture her close-up. When he responds that none of the cameras will focus on her, she heads towards her position, visibly disappointed.
Before the shoot begins, however, her stylist presents her with a box of Gargi earrings. The moment Mithila puts them on, the entire set seems captivated by her appearance. One cameraman instinctively turns towards her, followed by another, while a behind-the-scenes videographer zooms in on her look.
The attention quickly spreads beyond the film crew, with spectators capturing her on their phones, a CCTV camera turning in her direction, a parked car’s dashcam activating and even a satellite appearing to zoom in from space. With every camera now focused on Mithila, the director finally agrees to shoot the scene her way.
As her earrings catch the light, the film concludes with Gargi’s message: “Gargi. Get Noticed.”
Jewellery That Celebrates Individuality
Presented with a playful and witty narrative, the campaign reinforces Gargi’s philosophy that jewellery is more than an accessory for special occasions—it is an expression of personality, confidence and individual style.
Statement chandelier earrings take centre stage in the campaign film, while the accompanying photographs showcase necklaces and earrings from the brand’s Diwali Collection. Styled with an ochre embroidered jacket and a blush draped skirt, the jewellery is presented against a rich festive palette of mustard, gold, blush and maroon.
Designed for versatility, the collection complements both traditional sarees and contemporary Indo-western ensembles, allowing women to transition effortlessly between different festive occasions.
Celebrating the Tradition of Silver This Diwali
At the heart of the campaign is the invitation to “live your silver story.” Recognising silver’s continued popularity as a preferred purchase during Dhanteras, Gargi presents a collection that combines the significance of festive buying traditions with contemporary designs suited to everyday wear.
The range also offers gifting options for different budgets, making it a thoughtful choice for sisters, mothers, friends and loved ones during the festive season.
Expanding the #GETNOTICED Campaign Across Platforms
The campaign continues Mithila Palkar’s association with Gargi, which began in December 2024 and was renewed for 2026. The campaign film will be promoted across social media and digital platforms, alongside print advertisements, outdoor hoardings and in-store displays.
Through the hashtag #GETNOTICED and the handle @GargibyPNG, the brand is also encouraging women to share their festive looks and celebrate their personal style.
Gargi Emphasises Confidence and Self-Expression
Aditya Modak, Co-founder of Gargi by P. N. Gadgil & Sons, highlighted the campaign’s message of confidence and individuality.
He said, “Today’s woman does not dress to blend in, and she should not have to apologise for standing out. #GETNOTICED celebrates that confidence. Silver lets her express her style every day and still feel festive, and this Diwali we want every Gargi customer to own her moment. Mithila has grown with Gargi over the last two years, and her easy confidence is exactly the spirit of this campaign.”
With #GETNOTICED, Gargi by P. N. Gadgil & Sons brings together festive jewellery, contemporary styling and a message of self-expression, encouraging women to celebrate their individuality and make their own statement this Diwali.
