GJEPC Showcases Major Trade Events At IGI Dubai Seminar

The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) strengthened its international buyer outreach for IIJS Bharat – Signature 2027, IGJS Jaipur and IJEX during an industry event organised by the International Gemological Institute (IGI) in Dubai.

Hosted at the Almas Tower Ballroom in Jumeirah Lake Towers, the IGI Ornamental QC Seminar attracted more than 70 jewellery industry professionals. Prominent retail brands, including Jawhara, Joyalukkas, Tajvi, Vinsmera, La Marquise, Bhima and Cara, were among the expected participants.

Ashish Sakhardande, Head – IJEX at GJEPC, represented the Council and presented an overview of its upcoming exhibitions and key initiatives. His presentation highlighted IIJS Bharat – Signature 2027, IGJS Jaipur and IJEX, outlining their latest features and encouraging UAE-based buyers to register for the Mumbai and Jaipur exhibitions.

The UAE continues to be a significant market for Indian jewellery exporters, making direct engagement with retailers and jewellery businesses an essential part of GJEPC’s international buyer mobilisation efforts.

The Dubai seminar also provided a valuable platform for Indian exporters to engage with prospective buyers. Business meetings and networking sessions facilitated interactions with several UAE-based companies, enabling exporters participating through IJEX to establish new commercial connections and explore potential business opportunities.
