ICA Names Brandee Dallow as Chief Executive Officer

The International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA) has announced the appointment of Brandee Dallow as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 6 July 2026.
In her new role, Dallow will collaborate with the ICA Board of Directors and its global membership to deepen industry engagement, foster international partnerships and reinforce the association’s position as the leading global body representing the coloured gemstone sector.
Established in 1984, ICA represents nearly 700 members across 47 countries, bringing together professionals from every stage of the coloured gemstone value chain, from mining and manufacturing to wholesale and retail. The organisation supports responsible trade, education, ethical business practices and consumer confidence through advocacy, international congresses and educational initiatives.
Dallow joins ICA with extensive experience spanning mining, manufacturing, grading and certification, responsible sourcing, retail, communications and association leadership. She most recently served as Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer at Grandview Klein Diamonds and has previously held senior roles with De Beers (J. Walter Thompson), Rio Tinto Diamonds and the Responsible Jewellery Council.
Her industry involvement also includes serving as Past International President of the Women’s Jewelry Association and the Women’s Jewelry Association Foundation. She currently serves as President of Community for Ethical Jewelry.
Welcoming the appointment, ICA President Damien Cody said Dallow’s collaborative approach and wide-ranging industry expertise would help the association continue adapting to the evolving needs of the global coloured gemstone community.
Commenting on her new role, Dallow said, “What excites me most about this opportunity is the people. For more than 40 years, ICA has brought together passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated professionals from around the world. As new generations discover the extraordinary world of coloured gemstones, ICA has an important role to play in helping our sector grow, evolve and thrive. I am honoured by the Board’s trust and excited to work alongside our members to build on that legacy.”
