Sky Gold and Diamonds Engages MSKA & Associates To Enhance Corporate Governance Standards

Sky Gold and Diamonds Limited has appointed M/s MSKA & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, a member firm of BDO International, as the Statutory Auditors for the Company and its key subsidiaries, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment was cleared by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
