GJEPC Organises Parichay Card Drive in Ranaghat, West Bengal

The GJEPC held a Parichay Card registration camp on 10th December in Ranaghat, Nadia district, drawing enthusiastic participation from local jewellery manufacturers and artisans.

Pankaj Parekh, GJEPC’s Regional Chairman – East, highlighted how the Parichay Card helps formalise artisan identity, enhances access to welfare benefits, and strengthens their connection with the organised jewellery sector. Eastern Regional Committee Member Suvankar Sen urged artisans to make full use of the advantages offered through the programme.

The initiative saw a strong turnout and focused on boosting artisan recognition, welfare outreach, and industry integration.
