The fourth edition of IGJS Dubai, presented by GJEPC, began with considerable fanfare on October 8, 2024. Over the next two days, the show will draw over 300 international buyers, highlighting India’s unrivalled skill in gems and jewellery.
Attendees were attracted by a stunning exhibition of high-end jewelry, ranging from diamond-encrusted masterpieces to exquisite gemstone designs. The show also features handcrafted bridal collections and refined gold pieces for everyday use, reinforcing India’s position as a global leader in fine jewellery.
An adorned cowboy hat, a hallmark of American Western culture, exudes rustic charm while being enhanced by the extravagance of gold, turquoise, and uncut diamonds. With 12,000 diamonds and a price tag of $25 million, the Just Wow hat elevates a traditional symbol to the level of high fashion, tipping its cap to extravagance.
The regal fan-shaped gold necklace, Her Highness, is inspired by the Elizabethan whisk collar and is set with uncut diamonds and pastel-colored carved gemstones. Its design is reminiscent of Tudor roses, including the Red Rose of Lancaster and the White Rose of York.
