ISC 2024 addressed a broad range of themes: The conference covered a wide range of topics, including the benefits of pure silver in manufacturing and the impact of impurities on quality and the environment, as well as the exploration of accelerating growth in silver jewellery and strategies for innovation and market expansion in silverware. Furthermore, sessions covered the subtleties of silver investment demand, with an emphasis on market depth and silver’s integration into investment portfolios.
Over 60% of the delegates expected silver to trade over 34 USD/Troy Ounce by the end of December 2024. In India, silver demand for electrical contact and solar paste applications is predicted to increase by 15% per year over the next five years. Silver can make up 4-7% of a portfolio. The lower percentage is for short-term investors, and the bigger percentage is for long-term investors. Silver investments are a complement to gold investments.
Notably, the conference honored excellence by presenting 13 ISC Excellence Awards to top performers in 2023.
