Saint Laurent, a French luxury brand, has expanded its ready-to-wear and accessory ranges by introducing its first fine jewellery line. The collection consists of rings, necklaces, bangles, and cuffs composed of diamonds and yellow and grey gold. A pair of studded earrings costs 690 euros, while a massive 18k chain bracelet costs 45,000 euros. With distinctive designs like Cassandre and Maillon, the jewels are made to endure a lifetime and never go out of style.
One of Kering‘s top-performing brands, Saint Laurent has been operating remarkably well in recent quarters. Sales for the brand performed better than anticipated in the first quarter of 2023, rising by 9% as opposed to a projected increase of roughly 6%.
Saint Laurent is the latest addition to a growing list of luxury ready-to-wear brands entering the fine jewellery market, including Balmain, Gucci, and Prada.
