The Jewellery Eminence Awards 2023 honoured jewellers, students, and professionals at an elaborate star-studded gala night at the JECC in Sitapura, Jaipur.
The 15th edition of the design awards – JEA’23 – was presented by the Jewellers Association, Jaipur and powered by JAS in collaboration with Gemfields and GJEPC. Simran Ahuja, an international star, anchor, and former Miss India, hosted the beautiful gala night. Aarti Chabria, a very gifted and diverse performer, was the evening’s Guest of Honour, and she also presented the awards to the winners. The awards were broadcast live on JAS’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
Thailand Gems & Jewellery Trade Association members honoured a special delegation from Bangkok consisting of Chomphol Phornchindarak, 1st Vice President (Leader), Atul Jogani, Vice President, Ashish Baid, Vice President, and Vilasinee Noknaum, Advisor. They gave out awards in a few different categories.
Jewellers Association, Jaipur President DP Khandelwal said “Jewellery Eminence Awards organized by JAS is one of the most prestigious jewellery design competitions in India, that invite and recognize creative talent. To encourage and promote the young talent of the jewellery industry, the winner of students category will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs. 51,000/-.”
The Convenor of JAS Ashok Maheshwari said, “Jewellers Association Show has been promoting local art and craftsmen all over the country. JEA has been a tremendous success because of its very accurate and technologically advance judging process which is very transparent and robust. That is one of the reasons that we see leading brands from all over the country participating in JEA”
The JEA Convenor. Rupesh Tambi shared that the awards were given in 3 categories to the Jewellers, Students and Professionals of the country. “This year, with 20 exciting categories, JEA’23 has pushed the boundaries of excellence. I am proud to share that JEA has established itself as one of the most remarkable design competitions of the country for its transparency through scientific judging criteria.” said Tambi.
JEA Guest of honour, Aarti Chabria shared, “I am so happy to be a part of such an eminent jewellery event. I’ve always been fascinated by the royal jadau jewellery pieces, and today I am so amazed to see such beautiful designs. I congratulate all the nominated jewellers & the winners.”
