At the centre of her ensemble was an extraordinary heirloom necklace from Nita Ambani’s personal collection. The piece featured old-cut diamonds amassed over time, totalling more than 200 carats, highlighted by a remarkable 50-carat emerald centrepiece. Beyond its brilliance, the jewellery carried a sense of legacy and timeless sophistication, becoming one of the standout diamond moments on the red carpet.
The Look
Complementing the statement jewels was a bespoke couture saree by Gaurav Gupta, styled by Anaita Shroff Adajania. The saree itself was a masterpiece, brought to life over 1,200 hours by more than 50 artisans. It featured handwoven pure gold threads, pichwai-inspired hand-painted artwork, and detailed Zardozi, Aari, and relief embroidery, drawing from ancient Indian fresco traditions. Adding a contemporary edge, she accessorised with a sculptural mango-shaped bag by Subodh Gupta, seamlessly aligning with the artistic theme of the evening.
