
The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) organised the India Pavilion at the Bangkok Gem and Jewelry Fair, bringing together 16 Indian companies across 23 booths. The pavilion was formally inaugurated by Nagesh Singh, Ambassador of India to Thailand, with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting.
The Ambassador was received by Mr. Sumed P., Director of the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (GIT), and Mr. Sitthichai P., Deputy Director, GIT. Officials from the Embassy of India in Thailand also attended the inauguration, including Ms. Jagpreet Kaur, First Secretary (Economic and Commerce), and Mr. Navin Bhardwaj, Attaché (Economic and Commerce).
The B2B exhibition witnessed robust footfall from domestic buyers in Thailand, along with strong participation from international visitors, reflecting positive industry engagement and global interest.
