Nellore Jewellers Show Strong Support for IIJS Bharat Tritiya at Retailers’ Connect

The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC), in association with the Nellore Arya Vyasa Bullion Merchant and Pawan Broker Association, hosted an IIJS Bharat Retailers’ Connect meet in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, on 17 February 2026. The session witnessed participation from nearly 100 retailers and members of the local trade community.

The discussion centred on business opportunities at IIJS Bharat Tritiya 2026, advantages of GJEPC membership, and export-driven initiatives for retailers. Vicky Moolchandani outlined the exhibition roadmap, emphasising sourcing benefits and avenues for business growth.

The event generated notable interest in GJEPC membership, with several fresh enquiries, particularly regarding MSME advantages and export facilitation services. The positive response was reflected in strong participation intent, with around 100 jewellery delegates from Nellore expected to attend IIJS Bharat Tritiya.

Retailers also showed significant interest in the India Jewellery Exposition Centre (IJEX), Dubai, and requested a dedicated virtual interaction with the IJEX team to explore opportunities further.
