GJEPC Honoured at International Customs Day Celebration in Mumbai

The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) was recognised among key stakeholders at the International Customs Day event आयोजित at the Sahara Air Cargo Complex in Mumbai on 15 February 2026. The ceremony acknowledged distinguished service providers, as well as customs officers and personnel stationed at various locations, for their exceptional dedication and service.

Representing GJEPC, Mr. Mithilesh Pandey, Director, GJEPC, was felicitated with a bouquet and a sapling by Chief Commissioner Ms. Prachi Swaroop and Mr. Santosh Kumar Mishra, Commissioner, Precious Cargo Customs Clearance Centre (PCCCC).

Also in attendance was Mr. Alok Jha, Commissioner of Customs (Airport), along with other senior officials. The event underscored the collaborative relationship between Customs authorities and industry stakeholders in promoting seamless trade facilitation and efficient operations.
