The Jewelry Symposium Opens Registration for 2026, Introduces Workforce Roundtable and Event App

The Jewelry Symposium has outlined plans for its 2026 edition with a stronger emphasis on talent development, digital engagement, and industry collaboration. Announcing the opening of registrations, the symposium also revealed a second workforce-focused roundtable and the launch of a dedicated mobile app. The event is scheduled to take place in Detroit from 16–19 May 2026.

The opening session, titled Rebuilding the Workforce, will be co-sponsored by MSJA and Jewelers of America. Chairman Linus Drogs noted that the discussion builds on last year’s agreement that the industry must rethink its approach to attracting, training, and retaining talent. The roundtable will bring together global professionals to share effective recruitment and retention practices.

In addition, TJS has rolled out a new event app designed to streamline the attendee experience, offering features such as registration and check-in, programme access, real-time updates, document downloads, and networking tools.
