Muthoot Exim (P) Ltd., the precious metals arm of the 138-year-old Muthoot Pappachan Group (Muthoot Blue), has announced the opening of its latest Muthoot Gold Point Centre in Kota, Rajasthan. Located on the first floor of 13 C, Vallabh Nagar—above Candere by Kalyan Jewellers—the new facility becomes the company’s 80th branch in India and its third in Rajasthan.

The Kota centre is expected to positively impact the financial lives of local residents by offering a reliable and transparent way to liquidate gold assets. Muthoot Exim’s Gold Point Centres are known for their fair valuation process, where customers can sell old or unused gold with complete confidence. The assessments are carried out in full view of customers, ensuring accuracy and trust. Instant cash is provided for transactions up to ₹10,000, while larger amounts are processed via IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS for smooth and secure payments.

Thomas Muthoot, Executive Director of the Muthoot Pappachan Group and Managing Director of Muthoot Exim, said, “We are pleased to bring our Gold Point network to Kota, a city rich in culture and forward-looking energy. This centre will help make scientific, transparent gold recycling more accessible. Responsible recycling not only helps customers unlock the true value of their gold but also contributes to a more ethical and sustainable future. Our goal has always been to blend trust with innovation, and this expansion reflects that vision.”

Keyur Shah, CEO of Muthoot Exim, added, “The launch of our Kota centre is another milestone in our effort to make responsible gold recycling available nationwide. Kota’s vibrant mix of tradition and modern development makes it an ideal location. Through this centre, we hope to empower people to convert idle gold into financial value through a secure, scientific, and eco-friendly process. Our focus remains on creating solutions that benefit both individuals and the planet.”

Muthoot Exim Pvt. Ltd. (MEPL) has long been a pioneer in India’s precious metals sector.
