The IIJS Bharat Visitor Team connected with over 250 jewellers across Guru Bazaar, Sultan Wind, and Mall Road during a targeted outreach initiative in Amritsar. The team also met with major trade bodies, including the Amritsar Sarafa Association, India Jewellers Forum, and Amritsar Swarankar Sangh.
Discussions highlighted a strong interest among local jewellers in starting their export journey, with many requesting detailed guidance on export procedures. All associations affirmed their commitment to organising official delegations for IIJS Bharat Signature 2026 through the Association Visitor Packages.
The team proposed conducting a dedicated three-day annual visit to deepen engagement in the region, along with accelerating export training workshops to address the rising demand for hands-on knowledge and industry support.
