Blending tradition with fine craftsmanship, Senco Gold & Diamonds opened its latest showroom in Pune at Sarsan Plaza, Laxmi Road, Narayan Peth, on the eve of Navratri, as the city geared up for Ghatasthapana and the season’s festivities.
Covering 4,586 sq. ft., the showroom strengthens Senco’s expanding presence across India. Launching ahead of Navratri—a festival symbolising shakti (divine feminine energy), prosperity, and new beginnings—underscores the brand’s enduring values of trust, heritage, and timeless design, resonating with the cultural and spiritual essence of the occasion.
For decades, Senco Gold & Diamonds has been admired for its unique fusion of artistry, karigari, and sensitivity to regional tastes, creating jewellery that captures the cultural flavour of every state. Offering collections that range from traditional to contemporary, minimal to elaborate, across gold, diamond, and platinum, Senco’s hallmark of design versatility ensures there is something for every occasion and individual style.
The newly launched showroom was inaugurated by acclaimed actor and proud Maharashtrian Tejaswi Prakash, joined by Suvankar Sen, MD & CEO of Senco Gold & Diamonds, and Dhaval Raja, CGM Sales. Tejaswi added glamour to the event, donning a signature Senco ensemble as she led the ribbon-cutting ceremony and participated in a graceful tour of the store.
Sharing her excitement, Tejaswi Prakash said:
“Having grown up celebrating Navratri with devotion and joy, this occasion feels very special. What impresses me about Senco is the way their jewellery seamlessly combines heritage with contemporary design, appealing to every region. From striking diamond statement pieces to elegant everyday gold, they truly offer something for every woman and every occasion. As a Maharashtrian, I feel proud to see a brand that honours my roots while embracing India’s diverse design traditions.”
Suvankar Sen, MD & CEO, Senco Gold & Diamonds, remarked:
“Pune is a city that deeply values culture, creativity, and craftsmanship—qualities that define Senco. Launching our third showroom here, just ahead of Navratri, carries special significance. It symbolizes growth, trust, and shared traditions in a city that truly understands the essence of fine jewellery. We are grateful to the people of Maharashtra, especially Pune, for their overwhelming support and for recognising Senco’s heritage of trust, design excellence, and karigari that we have nurtured for more than 80 years.”
