The Gujarat Regional Office of GJEPC, in association with the Gems & Jewellery Association Rajkot and Injewel Association, hosted a specialised Technology Seminar in Rajkot titled “Masterclass in 3D Printing & Cost-Effective Electroplating Solutions for Gold & Silver.”
The seminar attracted over 250 attendees from the gems and jewellery sector, including manufacturers, exporters, and retailers.
Jayantibhai Savaliya, Regional Chairman of GJEPC Gujarat, emphasised the importance of adopting advanced technologies to remain competitive in the market. The session included insightful talks from two industry experts—Raj Soni, Founder of Edutech3D, who spoke on enhancing jewellery design through 3D technology, and Kaushik Soni, Head of Business Development at Hinglaj Electroplating Pvt. Ltd., who provided valuable tips on achieving quality and cost-effective electroplating for gold and silver.
Rajat Wani, Assistant Director (Gujarat) at GJEPC, also briefed participants on the Council’s initiatives, including export promotion, policy advocacy, member benefits, trade fairs, and SAJEX.
