The evening commenced on a spiritual note with the chanting of the Navkar Mantra, invoking blessings and gratitude. This was followed by a warm welcome session that fostered camaraderie through engaging introductions and team interactions.

Central to the evening was a tribute to long-standing team members, recognized through a prestigious three-tier award system:

- Diamond League – More than 15 years of impactful contributions
- Gold League – 8+ years of unwavering commitment and dedication
The event also saw the formal announcement of new designations for key team members, acknowledging their evolving leadership roles and contributions across various departments.
An insightful keynote was delivered by the Managing Director & CEO of the International Institute of Gemology (IIG), who has now joined Dassani Brothers as a Business Consultant. His session focused on forward-thinking strategies and emerging trends in the jewellery industry, offering a strategic perspective for future growth.

In his closing address, Surendra Kumarji Dassani, Founder and Finance Head, remarked,
