Shringar House of Mangalsutra, India’s top gold jewellery producer and pioneer of mangalsutra designs, is pleased to announce a strategic cooperation with the Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery (IIGJ). The collaboration includes the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to organize a nationwide design competition for IIGJ students.
This initiative seeks to foster creativity in aspiring jewelry designers while maintaining and improving the art of mangalsutra design. It gives students the opportunity to display their abilities and get recognition from industry experts. The winners in both categories will not only receive recognition, but their designs will also be manufactured in the Shringar facility, ensuring that the designs are brought to life with the highest quality standards.
Speaking on the partnership, Chetan Thadeshwar, Chairman of Shringar House of Mangalsutra, stated, “At Shringar, we believe in promoting young talent and fostering innovation in the jewellery sector. This collaboration with IIGJ demonstrates our dedication to fostering innovation and helping the future generation of jewelry makers.
