Malabar Gold & Diamonds, a leading jewellery retail company in India, has opened its first showroom in Amritsar, adding significantly to its Northern India portfolio. Om Prakash Soni, former Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab, attended the inauguration, as did the brand’s management team, local dignitaries, and others. With an annual revenue of $6.2 billion, Malabar is the world’s sixth largest jewellery retailer and 19th in Deloitte’s Luxury Goods World Ranking.
