The Jewelry Symposium (TJS), formerly known as the Santa Fe Symposium, an annual worldwide event dedicated to promoting jewelry manufacturing technologies, will grow in 2025. Building on the success of the 2024 event and rising interest from industry experts, TJS will now take place over three full days, from May 17 to 20, at the Detroit Marriott Troy in Michigan.
“Now heading into our third year, we were delighted to receive an unprecedented number of abstracts from speakers who want to share their knowledge and expertise, across a wide range of topics related to the art of making jewellery,” stated Linus Drogs, CEO of TJS. “The board and ordinary participants unanimously agreed to extend the timetable to allow for more presentations. There is definitely something for everyone in the jewelry manufacturing industry, including students, experienced designers, manufacturers, and retailer bench jewellers. TJS 2025 will be our most complete event to date, not to be missed!”
TJS will feature lectures by renowned specialists on metals, manufacturing processes, additive manufacturing, gemstones, education and business, health and safety, artificial intelligence, and design/CAD. Bench jewellers, designers, manufacturers, students, merchants, and the press will all benefit from attending the event.
The symposium will begin with a networking supper on May 17, 2025, followed by three days of interesting talks. Attendees can anticipate a thorough and interesting experience that reflects the broad interests of the jewelry business.
