Pollution control, environmental consciousness, worker health and safety, ESG rating criteria and accounting, and UN SDG targets were all essential components of a sustainable refining firm.
The LBMA and WGC also discussed working together to design and implement an international system for gold bar integrity, chain of custody, and provenance. Over time, this will assist consumers, investors, and market players trust that their gold is genuine and sourced responsibly and sustainably.
