Lucara Diamond Corp. has announced the discovery of an outstanding 2,492-carat diamond at its Karowe Diamond Mine in Botswana. This latest recovery strengthens Lucara’s reputation as a top producer of large, exceptional diamonds, joining an amazing list of past important finds from the mine, including the 1,758-carat Sewelô and the 1,109-carat Lesedi La Rona.
