The world’s largest lab-grown diamond and unique ring shine during the JCK Show 2024.

At the JCK Show in Las Vegas 2024, the International Gemological Institute (IGI) displayed and graded a 75.33 carat square-emerald cut lab-grown diamond, the world’s largest to date. It was accompanied by a remarkable 30.69 carat ring-shaped diamond cut from a single crystal generated raw stone utilizing Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). These achievements, dubbed “Celebration of India” and “Infinity Ring,” were presented by Ethereal Green Diamond LLP in partnership with RockRush (SoHo, New York) at booth #8135.

IGI assessed the 75.33 ct diamond as category IIa, indicating good polish and symmetry. It took around 270 days to grow to a rough stone weighing 190 carats, followed by about 30 days of cutting and polishing. Hirav Virani, Director of Ethereal Green, stated, “At Ethereal Green, we were always inventing, implementing new technologies, and setting milestones. It gave me great pleasure to present ‘Celebration of India,’ which not only established a new milestone at 75 ct but also recognized sovereign India’s amazing achievements throughout 75 years of independence.”

Mr. Narendra Modi, the honorable Prime Minister of India, presented an IGI-certified 7.5 ct Laboratory Grown Diamond to the First Lady of the United States, Dr. Jill Biden, as part of the celebrations commemorating India’s 75th anniversary of independence last year.
