On April 19, GIA India‘s Mumbai campus hosted the Jewelry Design students’ graduation ceremony. The main guest was Devinder Layal, Head of New Product Development at B.N. Jewellers India Pvt. Ltd. Apoorva Deshingkar, Senior Director, GIA India, Education and Market Development, was also present at the ceremony.
Devinder Layal gave a talk on the subject of “Product and Product Development” and discussed the significance of this field to the industry prior to the graduation ceremony.
Layal remarked, congratulating the students for finishing their degree successfully, “The gem and jewelry industry has many verticals.” Acquiring a high-quality education from a recognized institution like GIA can benefit the industry by guaranteeing that more individuals who are qualified meet global standards.
