The has officially opened registration for its 2025 Congress. Interested delegates and attendees can now register through a dedicated congress website. The three-day event is scheduled to take place from Monday, October 27 to Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
This edition of the Congress marks the beginning of CIBJO’s Centenary Year and will be held in Paris, the city where the organisation was originally established in 1926 as a pan-European body.
The annual CIBJO Congress brings together the Assembly of Delegates and hosts meetings of its sectoral commissions, where updates and amendments to the internationally recognised Blue Books—covering standards for diamonds, coloured gemstones, pearls, precious metals, gem laboratories, coral, and responsible sourcing—are discussed.
The Congress also features presentations on the activities of the World Jewellery Confederation Education Foundation (WJCEF) and provides updates on CIBJO’s collaboration with the United Nations and its broader development initiatives.
