Shree Ramkrishna Exports, a leader in the global natural diamond market, celebrated its 61st anniversary with a spectacular event named “Parivarotsav 2025,” highlighting its dedication to values, sustainability, and a people-focused approach to growth.
The celebration gathered government officials, industry experts, and veterans to honor SRK’s remarkable journey. A key moment of the event was the launch of two solar power initiatives: a 6 MW plant in Akala village and a 0.814 MW facility in Amod. These projects are set to provide clean energy to SRK’s advanced diamond manufacturing locations, SRK Empire and SRK House, marking a significant advancement in the company’s goal to achieve net-zero emissions and solidifying its leadership in sustainable and energy-conscious practices.
Union Minister for Labour and Employment Mansukh Mandaviya praised SRK’s contributions to nation-building and environmental stewardship, stating, “In India, service is a cultural value, and the essence of family upholds our traditions. SRK’s Parivarotsav exemplifies how a shared identity and family values can fuel progress both in business and society.”
He further noted that during the COVID-19 pandemic, India supplied vaccines to 150 nations, inspired by the principle of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,” which means the world is one family.
Eminent journalist and media figure Rajat Sharma led an engaging discussion on truth, integrity, and leadership, asserting, “Govindbhai Dholakia has nurtured individuals into heroes. His familial treatment of employees differentiates SRK.”
Famed spiritual and motivational speaker Jaya Kishori mesmerized attendees with her insights on devotion, purpose, faith, and significance in daily life, strengthening the emotional and ethical core of SRK’s corporate culture.
“The sense of belonging is what infuses life and work with meaning,” she expressed.
During the event, SRK Group Founder and Chairman Govindbhai Dholakia remarked, “Our advancement has been inspired by clarity of purpose and lifestyle. In our organization, we do not foster addiction or exploitation. This disciplined and straightforward approach to work fuels our ongoing success.”
The gathering also featured heartfelt stories from SRK employees. In a poignant act, the company pledged Rs. 20 lakh to support the families of employees who tragically passed away unexpectedly, reflecting SRK’s commitment to comprehensive employee welfare.
SRK’s facilities have now been recognized as the world’s first net-zero energy certified buildings in the diamond industry. The company has maintained its leadership not only through technological innovation and expert craftsmanship but also through a values-centered approach grounded in devotion, ethics, and enduring relationships.
With April marking both the founding month of SRK and the birthstone month of diamonds, Parivarotsav 2025 served as a meaningful homage to the company’s heritage.
