Swarovski‘s latest jewelry collaboration with Ariana Grande focuses on the pop star-turned-Oscar nominee’s key inspirations: love, music, and Old Hollywood elegance.The Ariana Grande x Swarovski capsule features 16 items that blend crystal pearls with Swarovski‘s signature crystals, including a quirky tiara, a stunning heart pendant, and musical-note-shaped clip earrings.
Swarovski will launch the collection globally in its stores on January 30. It became available on January 28 in select stores and on the Swarovski website to those who registered for early access.
Grande collaborated on the jewelry with Swarovski‘s global design director, Giovanna Engelbert. While the actress-singer has previously acted as the brand’s face, this is her first creative collaboration with Swarovski, and it combines Grande’s enthusiasm with Swarovski‘s happy extravagance, according to Engelbert. “Our starting point was music, which naturally evolved into the themes of violin keys and hearts,” Engelbert told me. “My idea was to combine Swarovski‘s crafting legacy with Ariana‘s colorful attitude, resulting in a collection that will appeal to music and elegance lovers all around the world.This collection exemplifies the potential of creative synergy between iconic style and ageless elegance, two aspects that I value as a creative director.
