Drosos<\/a>, after twelve years with the company, will to retire as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors on November 4, 2024. Following careful succession planning and a search process, the Board has nominated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/j-k-symancyk-3952097\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">J.K. Symancyk<\/a> to succeed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.signetjewelers.com\/investors\/corporate-governance\/signet-leadership-team\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Drosos<\/a> as CEO, and he will join the Board at that time. Following her retirement, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.signetjewelers.com\/investors\/corporate-governance\/signet-leadership-team\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Drosos<\/a> will remain an advisor until the conclusion of the company&#8217;s fiscal year to ensure a smooth transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joan Hilson, Chief Financial, Strategy, and Services Officer, has also had her responsibilities expanded, the business stated today. Hilson&#8217;s new post as Chief Financial and Operating Officer will include control of supply chain, Blue Nile, and James Allen, in addition to her present responsibilities for Rocksbox, finance, strategy, real estate, and services. Hilson has been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.signetjewelers.com\/our-home\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Signet<\/a>&#8216;s Chief Financial Officer since 2019, and has played a key role in the company&#8217;s restructuring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;It has been an honor to serve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.signetjewelers.com\/our-home\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Signet<\/a> as a Board member for the past twelve years, and as CEO for the last seven.
