On July 22, 2024, GJEPC<\/a> and the Mumbai Diamond Merchants Association (MDMA) organized a seminar in the Bharat Diamond Bourse<\/a>‘s MDMA Trading Hall. More than 750 individuals attended the event, which focused on the benefits of the GJEPC<\/a> Parichay Card and the PM Vishwakarma Yojana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key benefits discussed included two-way SMS communication, Rs. 35,000 in health insurance coverage, official recognition of artisans, and various Vishwakarma Yojana support measures such as tool kits, concessional financing, and six days of free training with a stipend provided by the GJEPC<\/a>‘s Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery (IIGJ)<\/a>.
