As Managing Director of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.debeersgroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DeBeers<\/a> India, he has led the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forevermark.com\/en-in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">De Beers Forevermark<\/a> business in India and the Middle East. Sachin brings with him deep understanding of the Indian consumer and jewellery market, from strategic thinking to practical execution. He has over two decades of rich experience and understanding of the Indian consumer. Previously, Sachin has held senior positions for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.debeersgroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">De Beers<\/a>, Lladro, Swatch Group and Benetton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gold.org\/who-we-are\/our-team\/david-tait\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">David Tait, Global CEO, World Gold Council<\/a> said: \u201cI am delighted that Sachin is joining us at an important time for the Indian gold market. Sachin\u2019s experience in the retail market, and jewellery industry is crucial to our efforts to enhance consumer\u2019s trust in gold and in the Indian gold industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, his marketing expertise will help deepen our engagement not only with the gold industry but also with financial institutions and raise awareness of gold\u2019s role in every investment portfolio.
