No.<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Tranche<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Date of Subscription<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Date of Issuance<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1.<\/td><td>2023-24 Series III<\/td><td>December 18 \u2013 December 22, 2023<\/td><td>December 28, 2023<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2.<\/td><td>2023-24 Series IV<\/td><td>February 12 \u2013 February 16, 2024<\/td><td>February 21, 2024<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rbi.org.in\/commonperson\/English\/Scripts\/FAQs.aspx?Id=1658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SGBs<\/a> will be sold through Scheduled Commercial Banks (with the exception of Small Finance Banks, Payment Banks, and Regional Rural Banks), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stockholding.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccilindia.com\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Clearing Corporation of India Limited (CCIL)<\/a>, designated post offices, and recognized stock exchanges, namely <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nseindia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the National Stock Exchange of India Limited<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bseindia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bombay Stock Exchange Limited<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selling of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rbi.org.in\/commonperson\/English\/Scripts\/FAQs.aspx?Id=1658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sovereign Gold Bond Scheme<\/a> 2023-24 will be limited to resident people, HUFs, Trusts, Universities, and Charitable Institutions.
