The organisation supports responsible trade, education, ethical business practices and consumer confidence through advocacy, international congresses and educational initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dallow joins <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gemstone.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ICA<\/a> with extensive experience spanning mining, manufacturing, grading and certification, responsible sourcing, retail, communications and association leadership. She most recently served as <strong>Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer at Grandview Klein Diamonds<\/strong> and has previously held senior roles with <strong>De Beers (J. Walter Thompson)<\/strong>, <strong>Rio Tinto Diamonds<\/strong> and the <strong>Responsible Jewellery Council<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her industry involvement also includes serving as <strong>Past International President of the Women\u2019s Jewelry Association<\/strong> and the <strong>Women\u2019s Jewelry Association Foundation<\/strong>. She currently serves as <strong>President of Community for Ethical Jewelry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welcoming the appointment, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gemstone.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ICA<\/a> President Damien Cody<\/strong> said Dallow\u2019s collaborative approach and wide-ranging industry expertise would help the association continue adapting to the evolving needs of the global coloured gemstone community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commenting on her new role, Dallow said, <em>\u201cWhat excites me most about this opportunity is the people.
