As part of this collaboration, a post office extension counter offering a full suite of postal services is set to begin operations at BDB within the next month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The partnership will enable both members and non-members to access comprehensive logistics solutions for domestic and international shipments. Doorstep logistics services will be facilitated with the Department of Posts acting as the primary logistics partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A wide range of services\u2014including Speed Post, India Post Parcel, Logistics Post, and Media Post\u2014will be available within the Bourse premises, ensuring seamless access to shipping solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bdbindia.org\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anoop Mehta, President of BDB<\/a>, stated that the initiative aligns with the Bourse\u2019s vision to provide world-class facilities to its members while supporting the growth of diamond exports. He noted that the agreement will significantly streamline export-import logistics and benefit businesses operating within the premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bdbindia.org\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mehul Shah, Vice President of BDB<\/a>, highlighted that the introduction of a post office marks a major advantage for small and medium traders, as it will reduce shipment costs and eliminate the need for Customs clearing agents. He added that the move will also strengthen e-commerce by enabling direct shipments from manufacturers to consumers, while simplifying access to essential postal services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amitabh Singh emphasized that the collaboration brings the extensive reach of India\u2019s postal network to the doorstep of the diamond trade, facilitating both domestic and international cargo movement.
