After listing, the stock gained momentum and ended the session at <strong>\u20b9414 per share on the BSE<\/strong>, reflecting a <strong>7.3% premium<\/strong>, while it closed at <strong>\u20b9411.7 per share on the NSE<\/strong>, up <strong>6.7%<\/strong> over the issue price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trading activity remained robust on the first day. According to the National Stock Exchange of India, around <strong>47.99 lakh shares<\/strong> were traded, while the Bombay Stock Exchange recorded a volume of <strong>2.39 lakh shares<\/strong>. The combined turnover across both exchanges on debut day reached approximately <strong>\u20b9197 crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the closing price, the company\u2019s <strong>market capitalisation<\/strong> stood at <strong>\u20b91,312.2 crore on BSE<\/strong> and <strong>\u20b91,265.1 crore on NSE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company had launched its <strong>\u20b9380-crore IPO<\/strong> for subscription from <strong>February 24 to February 26<\/strong>, which was subscribed <strong>1.23 times overall<\/strong>. The <strong>Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB)<\/strong> segment was subscribed <strong>1.04 times<\/strong>, while the <strong>Non-Institutional Investors (NII)<\/strong> portion saw <strong>1.54 times<\/strong> subscription. The <strong>Retail Investor<\/strong> category was subscribed <strong>1.29 times<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.revabypng.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited<\/a> operates as a retail-focused jewellery brand offering a wide selection of jewellery crafted with diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones set in precious metals such as <strong>gold and platinum<\/strong>. The company also sells plain platinum jewellery including rings, bracelets and chains, all marketed under its flagship brand <strong>Reva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company\u2019s corporate promoter, P. N. Gadgil &amp; Sons Limited, has long been involved in the jewellery business, dealing in gold and silver jewellery, idols, silverware, diamonds and gemstone jewellery. Under a <strong>Business Transfer Agreement dated January 31, 2025<\/strong>, the promoter strategically divested its diamond jewellery business to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revabypng.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PNGS Reva<\/a> through a slump sale.
