Pepper, an accomplished global leader in luxury brand transformation, brings extensive experience in accelerating commercial growth, advancing digital strategies, and crafting consumer-focused brand narratives. She has held senior roles at leading fashion and retail companies including Tapestry, Farfetch, and Harrods, and most recently served as Chief Marketing &amp; Customer Officer and Managing Director at luxury e-commerce platform Mytheresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As CEO, Pepper will focus on strengthening the desirability of natural diamonds through a powerful, contemporary brand narrative. Her mandate includes boosting consumer demand, deepening industry partnerships, and ensuring natural diamonds retain their distinct appeal in an increasingly competitive market. A major part of her strategy will involve elevating digital engagement, particularly among younger audiences, and leveraging data-driven insights to create marketing programmes that build emotional resonance and long-term loyalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pepper\u2019s career has centred on building emotionally connected luxury brands and engaging both Gen Z and global high-end consumers. Her expertise in omnichannel growth and team leadership will play a key role in steering the NDC into its next phase of expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturaldiamonds.com\/in\/team-board-members\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sandrine Conseiller, Chair of the NDC<\/a>, said, \u201cWe are thrilled to welcome Amber as the new CEO of the Natural Diamond Council. Her global outlook, commercial strength, and deep knowledge of luxury consumers make her uniquely suited to lead the organisation and energise the industry.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pepper succeeds current <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturaldiamonds.com\/in\/team-board-members\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CEO David Kellie<\/a>, who will retire at the end of the year.
