The newly established DIFC-based entity will act as the <strong>holding company for all of Titan\u2019s jewellery operations across the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gcc-sg.org\/en\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GCC<\/a><\/strong>, operating under <strong>Titan Holdings International FZCO<\/strong>, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Titan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.titancompany.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Titan<\/a> Holdings International FZCO had entered into an agreement to acquire a <strong>67% stake in Damas LLC<\/strong>, which oversees the Damas jewellery business across the GCC. The remaining <strong>33% stake<\/strong> is planned to be acquired after <strong>December 2029<\/strong>, in accordance with pre-defined terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The entire transaction is expected to be finalized by <strong>January 31, 2026<\/strong>, marking a major milestone in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.titancompany.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Titan<\/a>\u2019s expansion strategy.
