Their achievements highlight how education, mentorship, and opportunity, combined with passion, can create remarkable success stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For IIG, these awards represent more than individual recognition; they embody the institute\u2019s founding philosophy since 1965 \u2013 to empower aspiring jewellery professionals from all walks of life, regardless of geography or background. The institute provides students with mentorship, confidence, and opportunities to excel at the highest levels of creativity and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reflecting on the achievement, <strong>Rahul Desai, CEO &amp; MD of IIG,<\/strong> said:<br><em>\u201cMy vision has always been that every IIG student, from their very first sketch to their hundredth design, should gain recognition that truly reflects their journey. The NJA makes this possible by offering an equal platform where creativity is celebrated without limits. Over the years, IIG has grown into a complete ecosystem of education and leadership. We go beyond teaching skills to shaping mindsets \u2013 encouraging our students to design with intention, lead with purpose, and present their vision with clarity and confidence.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Underscoring its commitment to inclusivity, IIG has also launched a <strong>Scholarship Program at NJA,<\/strong> worth lakhs of rupees, to support hardworking and passionate students. This initiative ensures that young talents from diverse backgrounds have equal opportunities to learn, grow, and build careers in the gem and jewellery industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gunjan Sapra,<\/strong> COO and Head of Department at IIG, shared:<br><em>\u201cAs someone who has dedicated my life to design, I truly understand the value of recognition for a student. When their creativity is not only acknowledged but celebrated, it carries immense meaning. Talent should never be defined by geography or circumstance\u2014a student from a Tier 2 city can display just as much, if not more, passion as one from a Tier 1 hub. Similarly, the dedication of an offline learner can match that of someone in a structured classroom. What NJA has achieved is remarkable\u2014it brings every student to the same platform, offering equal opportunity. That is both inspiring and humbling.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The achievements of <strong>Pratibha, Priyanshi, Siddhi, and Ujjwal<\/strong> exemplify this vision. Each year, IIG prepares its students for prestigious competitions, enabling them to showcase their creativity and skills not only nationally at NJA but also on international platforms. These accomplishments reflect more than technical excellence\u2014they demonstrate resilience, bold creativity, and the courage to showcase their ideas before the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Echoing this, <strong>Rahul Desai<\/strong> added:<br><em>\u201cDesigning is one skill, but presenting your vision with confidence is where true success lies.
