The transaction marks the disposal of its entire 19.9% residual holding following Valterra Platinum\u2019s demerger in May 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The offering generated ZAR44.1 billion (approximately US$2.5 billion). Proceeds will not go to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valterraplatinum.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Valterra Platinum<\/a>.
