As previously disclosed, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ajoychawla?original_referer=https%3A%2F%2Fin.linkedin.com%2F&amp;originalSubdomain=in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ajoy Chawla<\/a>, the current CEO of the Jewellery Division, will assume the role of Managing Director of Titan starting January 1, 2026. Succeeding him, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/arunnarayan1?originalSubdomain=in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arun Narayan<\/a>\u2014currently leading Retail, Marketing, and Merchandising for Tanishq India\u2014will be appointed as the CEO of the Jewellery Division on the same date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, Kuruvilla Markose, presently heading <a href=\"https:\/\/www.titancompany.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Titan<\/a>\u2019s International Business Division, will become the CEO of the Watches Division from August 13, 2025, following the resignation of Suparna Mitra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and a Tata Administrative Services (TAS) officer, Narayan brings nearly three decades of leadership experience within the Tata Group and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.titancompany.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Titan<\/a>, including key roles in sales and retail for Titan Watches and Helios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Markose, also a TAS professional, holds an MBA from IIFT and a degree in Agriculture.
